Christopher Homes, LLC Experiencing Growth (SRQ December)

Christopher Homes, LLC, a residential custom building company, opened for business in Sarasota in 2004 and began with only one project in the first year. In 2006, the company has had more than 13 projects and continues to grow and expand. Priding itself on its "passion for precision," Christopher Homes focuses on unique, custom homes and shies away from large community developments. Chris Hilgeman, owner of Christopher Homes, is personally focusing on the Laurel Park area of downtown.

"While Laurel Park uniquely affords downtown buyers a single-family home as an alternative to a condo," says Hilgeman. "Christopher Homes uniquely provides ‘one of a kind’ individually produced homes on owner controlled single family parcels."

Hilgeman adds that he would like Christopher Homes to be known for a "back to basics" work ethic that combines extraordinary attention to exceptional craftsmanship with personal on-site presence to ensure quality and completion.
